Today looked like the only chance of any wind over the Bank Holiday weekend so I was keen to get out. While at work here in Felixstowe we checked out kite beach at the Ferry at about 10ish, 4 kiters were out but the wind was nne - slightly off and gusty - not a good direction here :( After I finished work at 2 I biked down to The Dip but the tide was high and no one was about :( I drove down again at 3:30 and the wind was ne - sideshore and when another young lad came down we decided to give it a try. By the time we had rigged the wind had swung nne again and was going firther off with each run - shame really as the sea was really nice and the sun was even trying to come out !!!

I would rather be in La Franqui !!!
